Hall of Achievement

The first 9th grade class of the Beaverton Public Schools was added in 1902. In 1910 a 10th grade class was added, and an 11th grade class in 1915. By then, the school was bursting at the seams and it was time to build a separate high school building. Our high school, as we know it (though it looked MUCH different then), was dedicated on June 19, 1916. With 100+ years of history behind us, we've had A LOT of impressive alumni making a positive impact on the world!

The Hall of Achievement was established in 2016 (the Centennial year) to recognize and honor BHS alumni, staff and community members who have brought pride to our school through their individual achievements. Please visit the HOA website to learn more, or to nominate a worthy member of our community.
